Zildjian 14" Re-Mix Crash – Signature Low-Volume Studio Crash
Designed with Zach Danziger & Paul Francis | Dry, Fast Electronic-Inspired Sound
The Zildjian 14" Re-Mix Crash was developed in collaboration with drummer Zach Danziger and cymbal designer Paul Francis, aiming to recreate the dry, compressed sound of electronic drums in an acoustic cymbal format.
This unique crash delivers an extremely fast response, short decay, and a dark, mellow tone that sits low in pitch despite its small size. It is engineered to “get out of the way” quickly, making it ideal for modern production-focused drumming.
Featuring a traditional unlathed finish and distinctive large-scale “golf ball” style hammering, the cymbal produces a controlled, raw texture with minimal sustain.
