RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy (English)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

  • Austria returns: Sengstatt 6, 5122 Hochburg-Ach, Austria
  • Germany / International returns: Stadtplatz 62, 84489 Burghausen, Germany

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG (Deutsch)

14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht

Wir gewähren ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Das bedeutet, dass du nach Erhalt deiner Ware 14 Tage Zeit hast, um deine Bestellung zu widerrufen oder eine Rückgabe anzufordern.

Um für eine Rückgabe berechtigt zu sein, muss sich der Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem du ihn erhalten hast: ungetragen, unbenutzt, mit Etiketten versehen und in der Originalverpackung. Außerdem benötigst du den Kaufbeleg oder einen anderen Nachweis.

Schäden und Probleme

Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung sofort nach Erhalt und kontaktiere uns umgehend, wenn der Artikel defekt, beschädigt ist oder du einen falschen Artikel erhalten hast.

Ausnahmen / Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel

Nicht zurückgegeben werden können:

  • verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Pflanzen)
  • Sonderanfertigungen oder personalisierte Artikel
  • Hygiene- und Pflegeprodukte

Außerdem sind reduzierte Artikel und Gutscheine von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Umtausch

Der schnellste Weg zu einem neuen Artikel ist eine Rückgabe des ursprünglichen Produkts. Nach Genehmigung der Rückgabe kannst du den gewünschten Artikel separat neu bestellen.

Rückerstattung

Sobald wir deine Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, informieren wir dich über die Genehmigung der Rückerstattung.

Bei Genehmigung erfolgt die Rückzahlung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Je nach Bank kann es zusätzliche Bearbeitungszeit geben.
