For selected one-off pieces you can suggest a price with the “Make an offer” button. We process the details from the form: your name, your email address, the amount you offer, an optional message, whether you would like the piece held, and the product concerned.
We use these details only to review your offer, to reply to you by email and – if we accept – to give you a personal discount code or a draft order at the agreed price (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). We do not send you advertising because of it; that requires a separate sign-up to our newsletter.
The details are stored in our shop administration “Roadhouse Autopilot”, which runs on servers in the European Union. We send emails through the service provider Resend. We delete name, email address and messages 6 months after we have decided on the offer. Details from an order that results from it are kept as required by law.
