Shipping policy

Within Germany we ship with DHL, within Austria with Hermes or Austrian Post. Parcels to other European countries are sent with DHL Parcel.

Shipping costs depend on weight and on the value of the goods: instruments worth €500 or more are always shipped insured. You will see the exact amount in your cart before you order.

Free shipping within Germany and Austria on orders from €200 – insured instruments included.

The United Kingdom and Switzerland are not part of the EU: customs duties and import taxes are payable on delivery and are not included in the shipping costs.

Insured shipping for instruments

Standard shipping covers goods up to a value of €500. More valuable pieces are always shipped insured – the surcharge is already included in the shipping price. Within Germany and Austria, insured shipping is free as well on orders from €200 (except insured parcels to Austria above €5,000).

DHL insures parcels abroad up to €5,000. For instruments of higher value we agree on shipping with you in advance – just get in touch.
