The story behind it
Graphic Equalizer for Electric Guitar
Another Boss darling that has made its way onto countless professional pedalboards. 7 frequency bands, precisely tailored to the needs of guitarists, allow for truly fine-tuning the sound.
Whether you want to filter out mids for clean sounds, or need more singing mids in the lead channel, everything is possible. With the 100 Hz control, even a combo amp can get a bit more punch in the bass without everything immediately getting muddy. The level control allows for a boost/cut of +/- 15 dB, making the GE7 also ideal for boosting a tube amp without altering the fundamental sound.
- 7-band EQ from 100 Hz to 6.4 kHz with +/- 15 dB each
- ideal for guitar sounds
- perfect as a boost pedal for solos, for switching to an alternative sound, or for eliminating feedback, especially when connected after a distortion pedal
- Current draw: 10 mA
- Dimensions (WxDxH): 73 x 129 x 59 mm
- Weight: 450 g
