With the “Wish instrument” form you can tell us which instrument or device you are looking for. We process the details from the form: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and the kind, brand, model, year, budget, preferred condition and your message.
We use these details only to look out for a suitable piece and to reply to you by email or phone (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract at your request). We do not send you advertising because of it; that requires a separate sign-up to our newsletter.
The details are stored in our shop administration “Roadhouse Autopilot”, which runs on servers in the European Union. We send emails through the service provider Resend. We delete your wish with name, contact details and messages 12 months after it arrived, or earlier if you ask us to. Details from an order that results from it are kept as required by law.
