For sale is a rare Ibanez 2382 Mahogany from 1971–1972. This early vintage model impresses with high-quality craftsmanship, classic design, and versatile sound options.
The guitar features a mahogany body with a birch top and a bolted-on, multi-ply hardwood neck with a comfortable medium C-profile. The blackened rosewood fretboard with pearloid block inlays emphasizes the typical vintage look.
The sound is delivered by two humbucker pickups, covering a wide sonic spectrum from warm clean tones to powerful rock sounds. The Bigsby-style vibrato system offers additional expressive possibilities and perfectly matches the classic appearance. Chrome hardware and stable tuners complete the features.
Please note: The neck pickup is not original and is out of phase in the middle position!
The electronics include two volume, two tone controls, and a 3-way toggle switch, allowing for flexible sound shaping.
