The special feature of the PRS SE 245 Standard, finished in a wonderfully smoky Tobacco Sunburst high-gloss finish, is definitely its slightly shorter 625mm scale length, which makes the wide bends typical of blues and classic rock even easier and more precise. Of course, the quality is typical of PRS – the closed PRS die-cast tuners and the bomb-proof wraparound bridge ensure wonderful tuning stability, the rosewood fingerboard is very durable, and the crisp 245 humbuckers in the "treble and bass" configuration provide the characteristic, powerful sound of the PRS SE. The 2x volume / 2x tone control configuration is based on the PRS LP-style model.
