Like the E762 head version, the new ENGL Retro Tube 50 E768 offers two retro channels. One delivers warm, soft cleans and very harmonious crunch sounds, and the second provides warm overdrive sounds.

Overview of Functionality (Features):

Preamp:
2 channels (Clean, Lead), Gain Boost switch for both channels, Bright switch for the Clean channel, Tone switch for the Lead channel, separate Gain and Volume controls for each channel, two 3-band EQs, Noise Gate with Threshold control when Gain Boost is activated for the Lead channel, Effects Loop (switchable from serial to parallel) switchable with footswitch, 4 x ECC83 tubes

Master Section:
50 Watts (2 x EL34 tubes), second Master Volume available via footswitch and controllable on the rear panel

Outputs:
Speaker Outs (1 x 4, 1 x 8, 1 x 16, 2 x 8, 2 x 16 Ohm)
