The story behind it
The RD-SX series stage piano offers sound quality at a very high level. It contains two elaborately sampled concert grand pianos, each tailored to different playing styles and situations, for plenty of realism and expression.
The Progressive Hammer Action keyboard delivers an authentic piano feel, close to the touch of a concert grand. With 128-voice polyphony, even complex passages are reproduced without notes cutting off.
Many additional sounds, including electric pianos, authentic tonewheel organs, strings and more, expand the possibilities and make the instrument versatile for stage and studio.
Features include a 3-band parametric EQ with graphic display, COSM effects for sound shaping, and realistic organ sounds with graphic drawbar control. Professional XLR outputs provide high-quality audio connections.
As a master keyboard, it offers two independent MIDI outputs for controlling external modules, a built-in SMF player with USB port for PC/Mac, and two SRX expansion slots. It is also GM2 compatible.
This piano is in excellent condition and has never been used on stage.
